Train Your Brain: Keep Your Sanity While Caregiving, Working, and Life-ing

Mastermind sessions:

- 90 minutes each via Zoom
- every two weeks for three months
- up to 10 people per group

The group includes a “Support Spotlight” opportunities on a rotating basis, facilitated feedback and coaching, and one 30-minute individual coaching session with Ellen to be used during the course of the program.

Standard cost: $250 per participant, per month = $750 per participant for 3 months

Discounted prilo program cost: $250 TOTAL.
